We offer a variety of options including a whole package which can include marquees, full dinner settings, wait staff and bar staff - so that the stress of organising can be completely taken away.
Bar Charging options
Option 1: Normal Pay Bar - Our most popular option involves your guests purchasing drinks from the bar.
Option 2: Tab Bar - Involves running a tab up to an agreed limit, then your guests purchase their own drinks.
Option 3: All Inclusive - All drinks are free for your
guests and you pick up the total drinks tab.
Set up
Fully mobile bar - From a marquee to a village hall
we can provide a mobile bar almost anywhere indoors
and, or outside. We require a power source and an area of
at least 3m x 3m to set up.
Fixed Venue Bar - We will also provide a bar service where a venue already has a designated bar area.
Licensing - unless a venue already has a premise
licence for the sale of alcohol, a Temporary Event
Notice (TEN) has to be applied for. This can be done
in your name or ours, the set fee being paid to the
local authority.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, 28 days minimum notice in writing before the Event is required to avoid the full invoice being charged. Booking deposits are not transferable (unless discussed and approved in writing) or refundable.
INSURANCE
We have full Public Liability, Employer’s Liability and Product Liability. Copies of certificates are available on request. For clients providing their own equipment (bar, glassware or bartending tools), stock and/or staffing, the above insurance is not valid. We advise the client/venue seek additional cover for any equipment, stock or staff not provided by us.
BOOKING
All quotations will be valid for 7 days from date of enquiry. The balance of event is due 14 days before date of the service/event.
ACCESS (PARKING, LOADING & UNLOADING)
Parking is required for all events and must be provided by the client. Suitable access for both unloading and loading the van must be provided as close to the event location as possible.

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
ADDITIONAL
Bar2U shall not be liable for any delay, loss or cancellation of Goods arising from contingencies beyond their control.
